Your client is a retail strategy and innovation business based in New South Wales. Assisting in improving daily processes to ensure that the CAD systems meet customer requirements.Making time and expense estimates on a project basis.Ensuring product designs meet the required safety and structural standards.Ensuring that all work carried out is in compliance with client’s timeline, design, safety, quality, environmental compliance, and procedural standards.Conducting research and development on new and improved products.Producing detailed documentation for tender and construction.Converting site measure sheets to production processing sheets.Preparing drawings (plans, elevations, flooring, RCP, electrical and data, sections, finishes, and details).Performing drafting and detailing work related to designing, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading CAD models.Working as part of the Client’s Architectures & Interior (A&I) team with personnel such as the Head of Retail & Design, Design Directors, Project Managers, and Estimators in facilitating the effective delivery of project deliverables.Knowledge of construction materials and building practices.Knowledge of Australian safety and structure regulations.Experience in drafting for store design/retail fit-out projects is an advantage.
